I wrote and illustrated The Love Book ~ You Should Buy It.
I have always wanted to publish a Children’s book incorporating my illustrations. I originally planned on pitching the story to publishing houses but was disheartened by how long and seemingly daunting the process would be. So I decided to publish it using a website that enables you to self-publish, some drawbacks are you have to self promote your butt off to sell copies and the cost of each book is incredibly high compared to what it would be if a big publishing house distributed it for you. That being said I am in Love with my book and think it’s pretty amazing. I am proud of myself for finally putting it together. I am hoping that I sell copies online and also plan to sell it through various baby stores and coffee shops in my community.
So now I’m at the shameless self promotion portion of this blog post…. YOU SHOULD BUY MY BOOK!!!

I’m all sweaty because I just finished doing cartwheels off a rainbow and playing leapfrog with ponies….BECAUSE you so wrote the best most luscious most fantastical article….. when I look at turtle shaped clouds I shall think of you….when I jump over mountains of chopstick trees I shall think of you…. when I huff nitrous balloons I shall think of you and dinosaurs and talking kittens and toothpaste sculptures shaped like llamas…. you are the like the lightning that shoots around stallions macking with mares…. xo Thank you….
